Check the vacuum level with the "picker" command. If it is okay, check the speed at which the picker is moving. If it is too slow, try to increase it. Or increase the "aldly vac" delay. If the vacuum reads low but the plate is held firmly, check the "set sat aoff 4" parameter - it should be around 0. Select Resume if that option is available.
